This One-Pan Stir-Fry was born on one of those nights when I opened the fridge, saw a few veggies and leftover chicken, and just needed something warm, quick, and satisfying.
What came out of the pan was one of my go-to easy dinners — a simple stir-fry that’s full of flavor, loaded with colorful vegetables, and coated in a glossy, garlicky sauce that hits all the right cozy notes.

One pan vegetable noodle stirfry

1 rump steak cut into thin strips
1 tbsp olive oil
Vegetables of choice, bok choi and tenderstem broccoli
2 egg noodle nests
½ cup Stir-fry sauce
½ cup water
Directions
- Heat olive oil in a pan or wok, add beef and allow to brown.
- Once beef is nicely browned, add vegetables and allow to cook down, depending on the vegetables you are using you may need to cover the pan to allow the veggies to soften.
- Add in noodle nests, water and stirfry sauce, cover and allow the noodles to cook.
- Toss the stir fry every couple of minutes to allow all of the noodles to be in contact with the liquid.
- When noodles are cooked to your liking, toss the entire stir fry together thoroughly and serve.
- Optional to sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
